This restaurant, close to the famous Plaza del Coso, offers an attractive market-inspired à la carte featuring an updated take on traditional dishes. This is complemented by the Curioso tasting menu, on which you can savour dishes such as lamb trotter gyoza, venison bolognaise with fresh pasta, and croissant with oxtail and a bearnaise sauce.
