COB stands for Cooking Outside the Box – a fitting description for the gastronomic philosophy driving this restaurant. Situated in the upper part of Portorož, it enjoys a magnificent view over the Bay of Piran, in a setting that unites modern, minimalist design with the warmth of a century-old wood-burning stove.
