The light-filled restaurant room boasts contemporary decor and a large open kitchen. The cuisine reflects the style of the place, flirting with the zeitgeist, in dishes such as Mediterranean tuna bao with notes of sesame, or pigeon served two ways: the leg confit and the supreme cooked whole.
