On the 32nd floor of the Part-Dieu Tower, aka as "The Pencil", admire the jaw-dropping cityscape while sampling a seasonal menu signed by talented chef Aude Andrillat. Her up-to-the-minute, inspired repertory unveils high-flying, delicate technique and a genuine flair for contrasts, illustrated in particular by her work with vegetables and seasonings and her knack for blending vibrant ingredients. An example: confit scallops in a vanilla-laced butter, lovage-flavoured soubise sauce and a praliné of squash seeds. Heroically irreverent!
