介绍

Located beside the ancient castle walls, the restaurant welcomes guests with a veranda overlooking the Langhe and an intimate dining room where the atmosphere turns hushed and inviting. The cuisine looks to local tradition, yet embraces well-calibrated seafood forays, such as octopus with black-eyed peas, as well as contemporary interpretations, including standout tajarin with shredded ossobuco and fragrant gremolata.
