Demonstrating a real passion for regional traditions and eschewing modern trends, the menu continues to offer a tempting selection of delicious classic dishes from Lazio, including a couple of fish and seafood options. The focaccia, which is served with the bread, is superb and well worth a mention. The dining room evokes the long history of the restaurant, while the panoramic terrace is a firm favourite with guests.
