This lively restaurant is an institution in Neuhausen. In an outwardly unassuming-looking building on a residential street, diners tuck into delicious, pared-back dishes made with excellent ingredients (mostly organic or Demeter-certified) sourced in the Alpine and pre-Alpine regions. From Mon-Thu, diners can opt for a three- to five-course version of the set menu; Fri-Sat, there is just the one five-course variant – or if you arrive at 6pm, you can go for the three-course early evening set menu.
