Bloom is an apt name for a restaurant whose Mexican chef, Christian Ventura, crafts vegetarian sushi! Breaded crispy rice, delicately dressed in vinegar with finely diced shiitake, oyster mushroom and avocado, futomaki and pesto sauce or vegetable gyoza in a kimchi sauce. The chef, a staunch defender of our natural resources, has risen to the challenge thanks to a lineup of vibrant and succulent vegan dishes. The interior sports a wood vibe rich in textures.
