Kick off your meal with a freshly shaken cocktail at the bar as you try and make your choice from the bewildering array of delicacies to share. How about a ceviche, perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy flavours, a velvety houmous or the ever-popular mezze? Spices and fruity flavours subtly underscore each dish. We must admit to having fallen head over heels with the grilled aubergine in tahini, confit garlic and peaches – to die for!
