Benny Blisto sets great store by the origin of his ingredients, be it a carrot or ray wing. Locally sourced, seasonal produce is the inspiration behind his creativity. For instance, with slightly tart rhubarb and an exquisite beetroot sauce, he elevates a venison fillet to new heights. An exciting dining experience is guaranteed!
