At this rather grand establishment with two dining spaces, GastStube and GnussStube, delicious regional and seasonal food is served, including vegetarian options. You can dine à la carte or opt for a set menu; the "MundArt-Gourmetmenü" has to be ordered in advance. At lunchtime, a shorter à la carte selection, set menus and other daily specials are available. Another highlight: barbecued specialities from the Big Green Egg. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. There is a decent wine list with a focus on Swiss labels. The waitstaff are friendly, attentive and professional.
