This pair who earned their stripes at L'Arpège have set up shop near Montparnasse. While Simon Plantrou provides polished service, Jihyun Kim cooks in full view of diners. His unpretentious cuisine is guided by the seasons and stars top-notch produce, such as rack of lamb from the Pyrenees or calf sweetbreads paired with Brittany langoustines.
