In the district of Vallehermoso, next to the sports and leisure centre known as the Parque del Tercer Depósito, you’ll find this restaurant in which the enticing and traditionally focused tasting menu has an unashamed focus on classic recipes, stews and slow-cooked dishes (veal tripe, cod with a pil-pil sauce, oxtail in red wine with a celeriac purée, truffled pigs’ trotters etc), a few grilled meat dishes, and excellent dishes of the day that don’t appear on the menu. Half-portion options are also available for the majority of the dishes here.
