In this first-floor restaurant, wood panelling and low ceilings create a snug and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly matched by seasonal cuisine made with fresh produce and brimming with flavour. The menu is sure to whet the appetite, with options such as veal liver with onions, sage und rösti, vegetarian loaf with mashed potatoes, carrots and creamy mushroom sauce, and the classic Chateaubriand (for two or more diners). The meat comes from the restaurant's own butchery. For overnight stays, there are well-appointed, modern guestrooms. Convenient: The tram to St Gallen stops right nearby.
