Dietmar and Nicole Sawyere have moved on from Dallenwil, where they enjoyed great success with two restaurants at Gasthaus zum Kreuz. Since December 2025, the dedicated couple, along with their daughter and son and the Dallenwil team, have been running this compact restaurant in the charming Hotel Welschen.
