The fabulous lakeside location and wonderful terrace are certainly part of the appeal here, but this restaurant has plenty more to recommend it. Dedicated chef-patron Alois Neuschmid, who earned a MICHELIN star years ago at Lois, his previous restaurant here in the same town, cooks up a storm for his guests. Most recently head chef at Zur Schwane in Volkach, she is now showcasing her contemporary take on classic cuisine here at Überfahrt.
