This restaurant's striking red façade draws the eye. The smart interior is modern and stylish, and the atmosphere is welcoming – the wooden tables are a nice touch. In the open kitchen, regional dishes are prepared, occasionally incorporating influences from around the globe. Diners can choose between the two set menus or order à la carte. The soups, for example, are delicious, but so is the fresh fish! The proprietress ensures cordial and attentive service. They also offer pretty guestrooms and holiday flats.

In the clean-lined, chic restaurant, floor-to-ceiling windows afford wonderful views of the dunes and the sea – romantic sunsets included! Chef Christopher Huhnstock-Kerber presents a modern, seasonal set menu, showcasing predominantly regional ingredients with his own creative touch. Clearly structured and with refined contrasts, harmonious dishes such as "Alpine pasture-raised lamb, onion, apple" or "fermented whey, fennel pollen, dill" stand out. A three-, five- or seven-course menu is available, also in a vegetarian version.
