Doubek

Partners Stefan Doubek and Nora Pein offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience. The open kitchen is the beating heart of this restaurant and is the perfect stage for the chef-patron. Food is cooked using four fire sources, and every dish is crafted with meticulous precision and attention to detail, showcasing a distinctive identity with subtly integrated Japanese influences. Only the finest ingredients that the market has to offer are used. The dishes may appear simple at first glance, but they are the result of days or even months of preparation. They are entirely unembellished, focusing solely

Herzig

Modern Cuisine, Creative · ★ Michelin

Sören Herzig's restaurant is located in the 15th district, on the ground floor of the historical Dorotheum-Fünfhaus (previously a pawnshop). In this listed building dating back to the 1920s, the dining space was once an auction hall and has a minimalist, industrial-style atmosphere that is reminiscent of a New York gallery – relaxed and distinctively stylish. Gorgeous hardwood flooring, comfortable designer chairs and artwork by the likes of Peter Jellitsch and Clemens Wolf underscore the tastefully chic interior. The spectacular rooftop terrace affords breathtaking views, making it an ideal s

The clean, minimalist design immediately catches the eye, as do the striking brick arches overhead. Seated at attractive solid wood tables in a pleasantly relaxed setting, diners have a clear view into the open kitchen – and they can see just how dedicated Fabian Günzel and his team are! The pared-down interior is reflected in the numerous modern and creative courses of the set menu. The wonderfully succulent charcoal-grilled Atlantic turbot is an excellent example of the emphasis placed on premium ingredients – delicately aromatic and perfectly seasoned, it is served alongside lightly sautéed

Chez Bernard Restaurant Et Bar

Close to the Mariahilfer Straße shopping drag, on the seventh floor of the chic MOTTO boutique hotel, this restaurant has really distinctive architecture. The tasteful upscale interior will appeal to diners, as will the pleasantly lounge-like atmosphere, complemented by an interesting bar. The food is straightforward and unpretentious. Try one of their "all-time classics" such as bouillabaisse or steak tartare. Or perhaps coq au vin rouge, followed by crème brûlée? One floor up is the rooftop terrace, which boasts a magnificent view, and, although it only serves a smaller menu, it really is th

Like its MICHELIN-starred sister restaurant, this bistro serves excellent vegetarian/vegan food, with a commitment to a responsible concept drawing on regional and seasonal ingredients, and a strong emphasis on organic and Demeter-certified produce. The quality and flavour of the ingredients certainly make an impression. The sharing menu, which is extremely reasonably priced, includes dishes such as white bean cassoulet with dried apricot cream and sherry sauce or celeriac blanquette with king oyster mushrooms and caper leaves. You can also order add-ons from the "TIAN Signatures". The restaur

The exclusive Palais Coburg houses one of Vienna's premier dining destinations, a culinary hotspot for many years running. Executive chef Silvio Nickol and head chef Florian Daube present exceptionally creative cuisine featuring meticulously composed combinations of outstanding ingredients. Their distinctive style leaves a lasting impression – for example, in the wonderfully al dente white asparagus topped with crispy baby prawns and basil, or the rich, aromatic langoustine served with a shellfish-infused hollandaise and a citrus butter foam providing a delightful contrast. The architecture is the first thing you notice! Located in the Stadtpark, the building has a futuristic feel. The interior is bright and airy, featuring clean lines and elegant modern design; you can look into the kitchen through the pass. The clever division of the space into different wings creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The exceptional politeness and utmost professionalism of the service team ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive.
