Housed in Das Marent hotel, this stylish fine dining restaurant with its modern Alpine-inspired decor fully lives up to the name. Crafted with meticulous care and high-quality ingredients, the dishes of chef Christian Marent showcase a creative fusion of regional and international flavours. The Tyrolean salmon trout with radish and saffron vinegar, and the rack of lamb with chorizo, black-eyed beans, sweetcorn and jalapeño are fine examples of this successful blend

Popular desserts include Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) and crêpes. Game hunted in the environs and lamb from the region are among the local ingredients that go into the carefully prepared dishes.
