This one-bedroom ground-floor apartment is located in the heart of Rovinj, just a five-minute walk from the nearest beach. The 37 sq m apartment offers beautiful sea views and provides convenient access to the town center, shops, and restaurants, all within a short walking distance. Guests can rent bikes for €5 per day. Free public parking is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment features one large double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. One child under three stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is between 2 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is between 6 AM and 10 AM.
