For over twenty years, the solid family management has focused on excellent seafood cuisine, mostly classic, with some personal touches, especially in the desserts. Be sure to try the dark chocolate and crunchy cannoli, served vertically and filled with gianduja semifreddo, topped and plated with a cold Moscato d’Asti zabaglione.

Over the years, the beach establishment has gradually developed: the beach and bar remain, but today's pride is the restaurant. The husband and wife divide their duties between the kitchen and dining area (including wine). They've built a good reputation thanks to classic seafood cuisine, highlighted by the chef's personal creative touches. A passionate and imaginative self-taught chef, his steamed oyster seasoned with lemon zest on tomato water is a particularly tasty shot that represents their style.
