Mediterranean Cuisine, Seasonal Cuisine · ★ Michelin

The menu at this restaurant features traditional dishes from Campania with updated twists, some of which (such as the “sigilinium” bread) even date back to Ancient Roman times. The cuisine, which is always delicious and beautifully presented, is showcased on various tasting menus from which individual dishes can also be chosen à la carte style and swapped from one menu to another. Il Principe

Modern Cuisine, Contemporary

€€

This restaurant focuses on a skilful and creative reinterpretation of Campanian specialities, serving the type of cuisine that you’d be happy to eat every day. Although the dishes are inspired by the chef’s childhood memories and his grandmother’s cooking, he adds his own contemporary touch and careful presentation. Both meat and fish feature, showcasing all the colour and imagination of the best regional cuisine.

Capasanta

Seafood, Contemporary

€€

Just steps from the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary, young, talented chef Paolo Del Giudice delights with sea-driven, modern cooking. In a minimalist, marine-inspired space, he serves vibrant, flavorful dishes grounded in contemporary technique. Don’t miss his crudo selections and the irresistible scallops wrapped in lardo with spring pea purée and buffalo stracciatella. Excellent wines and a rich selection of house cocktails round out the experience.
