The young chef at the head, Menorcan Pau Sintes, offers a Mediterranean market cuisine rooted in the island's own products (sourdough bread with Menorcan seasonings, red prawns, sobrasada de payés, Sa Llotja's catch of the day...), which reaches the diner through the à la carte menu and a tasting menu.

An informal place to eat in the centre of Mahón? Opposite the always-busy Mercat des Peix, you'll find a place where they offer good Mediterranean market cuisine with interesting international touches.
