After almost a decade working at Henne Kirkeby Kro, British-born Paul Proffitt set upon his own in this most idyllic spot on the opposite side of south Jutland; book a space in the glass-cubed ‘Doris’ to watch him up close. Fresh and tasty cuisine is served here, and the menu is strongly influenced by the restaurant's own farm.
