Surrounded by centuries-old linden trees and the rows of the family winery – which provide a backdrop for outdoor tables in fine weather – Bernard Korak has shaped a cuisine that is deeply tied to the land and seasonality. After important experiences alongside Three-MICHELIN-Star chefs such as Ana Roš and Massimo Bottura, the chef chose to enhance the traditions of the Plešivica region, where mountains blend with rolling hills covered with vineyards. His proposal consists of a single eight-course blind tasting menu, sometimes flanked by a shorter five-course version, to offer an intense and su
