Peter Fridén, of YOSO fame, has brought his "New Nordic Japanese Cuisine" to the 17C Alte Kanzlei, the interior of which has been tastefully designed by Axel Vervoordt. Behind the pretty quarry stone façade of this historical building, the space has a pleasantly calm and elegant atmosphere.
