The kitchen, firmly oriented towards seafood, is fresh, careful, and genuine, in the spirit of “from the sea to the plate.” The menu follows the availability of the day, in full respect of seasonality and the catch. Shellfish, reef fish, and pasta dishes with original dressings compose an offering that is classic yet full of taste, further elevated by the use of local extra-virgin olive oil, also from the restaurant’s own production.
