Housed in the Grand Hotel Toplice which stands amid some of the most popular landscapes in Slovenia, this restaurant boasts truly breathtaking views of Lake Bled from its dining room and its outdoor terrace. Here, the chef offers tasting menus of various lengths featuring meat and fish specialities with the occasional international influence, as well as a 4-course option (the Gorenjska selection menu) with a stronger regional focus. On the latter, the array of local ingredients is showcased via a delicious hazelnut crème brûlée served with ice-cream made from cherries soaked in Terrano liqueur

1906 was the inaugural year of the Hotel Triglav, which houses the restaurant, beautifully situated on the hills overlooking the picturesque Lake Bled. The view accompanies the experience both from the bright indoor dining rooms and, above all, from the magnificent summer terrace. Slovenian traditions reign supreme in the kitchen, starting with freshwater fish, accompanied by more international and seafood dishes.
