These lovely villas are ideally situated in the southern Lanzarote fishing village of Playa Blanca, just 200 meters from the Marina Rubicón. Each villa features a private outdoor pool, garden, barbecue, and a sun terrace with loungers, a table, and chairs for al fresco relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and coffee maker. The spacious living room offers direct access to the pool area and is equipped with satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. Villas have two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms with hairdryers, and most are duplex, with a few single-level options available. All villas include free on-site parking and a safety deposit box. Luggage storage and an information desk are available at the customer office. Departure cleaning is free, with an intermediate cleaning service, including towel and sheet changes, provided for stays of seven nights or more. Playa Dorada beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Playa Blanca is less than 15 minutes away. The stunning Papagayo beaches are a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the promenade. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge for babies up to two years old (upon request and subject to availability). Families with one or two children aged 3 to 11 can book the two-bedroom villa (for four people) or the three-bedroom villa (children included in occupancy). As this property does not have a 24-hour reception, please contact the establishment a few days before arrival (preferably by email) to arrange check-in and key collection. Guests receive a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival, including tea, coffee, juice, milk, water, and biscuits. The customer office is open from 10:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. , and an emergency telephone number is available for urgent situations. One pet (up to 8 kg) is allowed per villa for €10 per night, upon request.
