A really interesting modern, open restaurant concept with a fully visible kitchen. They serve a three- or five-course menu based entirely on seasonal Czech ingredients. Without being fancy, the dishes are delicate and elegant, the flavours clear and well balanced. The atmosphere in the large, airy space on the first floor is pleasantly relaxed, and the charming staff are very professional and helpful. The sustainable philosophy followed here is explained in detail – a film projected onto the wall introduces you to the producers. Tip: The Eska bakery located on the ground floor sells house-made

On the outskirts of the city, this restaurant is located in a vineyard with a wine-growing tradition dating back to the 13C. A combination of exposed old wooden beams, quarry stone walls and sleek modern furnishings creates an atmospheric setting. The view of the vines is best enjoyed from the tables at the windows on the first floor, which is actually a gallery constructed under the open gable roof. In summer, tables on the terrace are coveted. Meticulously prepared with great technical precision, the dishes are visually stunning and often feature produce from trusted farmers. Tip: Book a win

The atmosphere here is trendy and lively with a friendly neighbourhood vibe. You'll enjoy an Asian-inspired cuisine, served by friendly staff – the "Beef smoked red curry: homemade sausage, pastrami & braised shin, spiced potatoes & fried shallots" is a tempting option, for example. Importance is placed on regional and seasonal ingredients, organic whenever possible. You can choose dishes à la carte or go for one of the set menus, which come in classic or vegetarian options. The affordable lunch set menu is particularly enticing.
