The menu is pared down to a limited number of dishes that focus on the essentials, leaving nothing to chance in terms of expression and flavour. Run with great dedication, this restaurant is steeped in tradition. The original charm of the building has been beautifully retained in the dining spaces – eg the Alte Stube with its wood panelling and ceiling paintings, and Im Fachwerk with its combination of rustic old beams and modern design features.
