The apartments are located in the heart of Valencia, just 300 m from the railway station and a 3- minute walk from the city centre. The famous district of the Ciudad de las Artes is a mere 10-minute drive away and several restaurants and bars are in the vicinity of the property. The city airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel, whilst it is 170 km to Alicante Airport. This 4-storey establishment is housed in a building that dates back to 1890, and offers a total of 6 apartments.
