Ten minutes from Lisbon, in Paço de Arcos, there’s a restaurant with very clear ideas: above any other criterion, its sole aim is to make the diner happy! Housed in what was once the old Casa do Fiscal (where taxes on fish were collected), the place is led by Antônio Simões.
