In an unremarkable district of Capriate lies one of the most interesting expressions of Chinese cuisine in Lombardy. In a romantic setting of eighteenth-century farmhouses, you will find the same rustic atmosphere inside the restaurant as well, but combined with elements of modern elegance, starting with the solid wood tables left bare, with no tablecloth. Chef patron Stagi offers a single tasting menu (you can, however, choose between the full or abbreviated version, and the dishes are, in any case, also on the menu) with a creative and sometimes very elaborate character.

We are in the Agnelli showroom, a well-known manufacturer of cookware for professional kitchens. The modern shop is located on the ground floor, while the first floor hosts the restaurant with its elegant tables in a refined minimalist and contemporary environment. On the menu, dishes with an impressive balance of ingredients, including occasionally exotic choices.

Situated in the centre of a village in the Bassa Bergamasca area, this long-established, family-run restaurant has a rustic decor softened by the owners’ female touch. The overall feel is that of an elegant trattoria, which provides a pleasant backdrop for delicious specialities from this lowland region, including meat cooked over the large grill in the dining room. In 2025, this restaurant celebrates a century of existence, as a veritable treasure trove of history that has preserved its family soul intact. Today, the kitchen is run by Lorenza, heir to a tradition that smells of Emilia and Piacenza, the same tradition lovingly preserved by her mother.
