Chef Goran Hrastovčak offers his personal interpretation of contemporary Croatian cuisine through two tasting menus – both also available à la carte – in which meat and fish alternate harmoniously. These are Istrian Fables and Modern Tales: the former menu pays homage to local tradition, while the latter indulges in a few more innovative touches. Also notable is the wine selection, which starts with Croatian labels and then ranges internationally, with nearly 30 offerings available by the glass. Completing the experience is the beautiful view of Poreč's harbour.
