Schäck's Adler

Country cooking, Classic Cuisine · 必比登

€€

Christoph and Sandra Schäck have brought to life this picture-perfect hotel. The atmosphere in the wood-panelled dining rooms is really cosy, the service is very friendly, the cuisine is ambitious and tasty – the emphasis is on regional ingredients and seasonal produce. There is also the appealing Strumbel Bar and a number of extremely well-kept rooms.

In Vino Veritas

Farm to table, International

€€

Inga and Ralf Müller have made a name for themselves with this friendly restaurant. This is due in no small part to the international and regional cuisine, which is made with very good, often local ingredients. The service is attentive and charming. In summer, you can dine on simpler fare in the charming courtyard with its vine arbour. There are chic, modern guestrooms and apartments for overnight stays.

Rössle

Country cooking, International · 必比登

€€

This family-run restaurant serves delicious, fresh food made with choice ingredients. Alongside the interesting "Chef's Menu" and classics, the specials are written up on the blackboard – it is well worth taking a punt on the likes of "house-made venison patties with juniper cream" or "medallions of Breton monkfish with saffron sauce". Add to that attentive service, a friendly atmosphere and a lovely terrace. Tip: The guestrooms feature an attractive blend of warm wood and sleek design.
