The menu encompasses nearly all of the great regional classics – pappa al pomodoro, pici, ricotta gnudi, tripe and lampredotto meatballs, rabbit cooked in a terracotta pot, and the ever-present fiorentina – dishes that faithfully narrate the local traditions.
