Located in front of the Toulouse race course and next to the city centre, the Zénith and the exhibition centre, the apartment hotel is close to the metro and the ring roads leading to the business, aeronautics, health and university areas. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is located around 10 km from the hotel. The residence offers a total of 109 accommodation units with a warm atmosphere in which to relax or work. Some of them have a terrace and a nice view of the swimming pool or the race course, while all are fitted with modern necessities, such as a TV, a desk corner and a kitchen.
