This spruce family-run inn has been welcoming diners for 100 years. Owner and head chef Hannes Tschida showcases his love for the Seewinkel region through dishes incorporating plenty of local ingredients. Steeped in tradition, this restaurant in the centre of Podersdorf has been run by the same family for four generations. Their ties to the region are reflected in delicious dishes made with ingredients from the owner's native Burgenland. The handwritten menu features classics such as veal liver and schnitzel, as well as options including pan-fried Arctic char fillet with pak choi and celeriac cream.
