The cuisine showcases select regional ingredients, which are presented in a kind of hybrid concept. On the one hand, there are the Austrian "Wirtshaus-Klassiker" à la carte (including Wiener schnitzel, Tafelspitz, Gailtaler Ripperl, and Backhendl), and then there is the four- to eight-course "Bärenwanderung" set menu with creative, modern dishes such as "Hühnerhof – organic chicken, beans, wild mushrooms, savory, buckwheat".
