Highlights include the "Big Cuts", meat beautifully grilled in the Big Green Egg – the Porterhouse from Austria or the Tomahawk from the US are tempting options. Experience the cuisine in all its finesse by ordering the four- or six-cour

Popular desserts include Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) and crêpes. Game hunted in the environs and lamb from the region are among the local ingredients that go into the carefully prepared dishes.
