Podere Spagliarda

In the heart of San Quirico d’Orcia, an intimate trattoria welcomes guests with two small rooms on the upper floor, a main dining room animated by the warmth of the fireplace and an elegant pergola garden that opens during the warmer months. The setting, rustic and genuine, provides the backdrop for cooking deeply rooted in tradition: meats and game, the aromas of truffle and hand-rolled pasta tell the story of the territory with authenticity. Completing the experience, a well-constructed wine list, rich in local labels, accompanies the gastronomic journey with understated expertise.
