The top-notch ingredients are almost exclusively sourced locally, many of them harvested by the chefs themselves.

Berner Haus, which first appears in records as a tavern in 1542, makes for an enchanting setting with its charming wood-panelled interior. The lovely old turquoise tiled stove, adorned with Langenthal porcelain, provides comforting warmth in the winter months.
