Diners are seated in a lofty vaulted cellar featuring a modern-meets-rustic decor and a striking service station in the middle of the space. Modern Czech cuisine and traditional hearty beer-hall dishes are all meticulously prepared and packed with flavour. The chefs put a premium on regional ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
