Concrete floors and a black ceiling lend a contemporary-cool vibe to this small space located a few blocks from the ocean in the center of Cocoa Beach, while Chef Daniel Joseph Penovich's kitchen is a quirky mashup of Japanese styles that doesn't take itself too seriously. The omakase is a splurge (available by reservation) but bento boxes at lunch are a great value. Some of the strongest dishes include gambas al Japón, featuring tail-on binchotan-grilled Canaveral white shrimp with crispy garlic, as well as the Everything (Everywhere, All At Once) roll with its riot of ingredients and distinc
