Arrive at the restaurant before sunset to admire a spectacular view of the Aeolian Islands: the setting is breathtaking, and the extraordinary “plant-based” cuisine, as defined by Chef Davide Guidara refusing the stereotypes of “vegetarian” or “vegan”, is sure to move you even further. Guidara, previously awarded as a Young Chef, shows great skill in highlighting the winter produce from his garden through preservation techniques such as ferment

Enjoy a selection of typical Sicilian specialities prepared by the Bernardi family, including the highly recommended “Nonno Filippino” fish soup.

Overlooking the piazza for almost 50 years, this restaurant has been modernised but has nonetheless managed to retain its friendly ambience, especially in the outdoor space facing the narrow alleyway. The owner-chef serves regional specialities reinterpreted with his own individual twist, such as his famous swordfish rolls served in a type of pie.
