"The Art of Taste" is the name of Daniel Gottschlich's new concept. In a six-course set menu, he creatively combines the tastes "salty", "sweet", "bitter", "fatty", "sour" and "umami", which are introduced in a "black box" with six small amuse-bouches served beforehand.
