Italy does make an appearance however, in dishes like the terrific pumpkin ravioli, which exemplifies the kitchen’s ability to delicately balance layers of flavour. Everything takes place in a bright ground-floor dining room and a more seductive, dark-hued basement, both within the Aparthotel T12, a beautiful converted old tenement.
