In this modern restaurant, located along a pedestrian street in the centre of Teruel’s old quarter, you will find a modern proposal with some touches of fusion. The extensive à la carte, which basically revolves around two premium products, Balfegó tuna and Wagyu beef (the cattle are raised locally on the Mudéjar Wagyu farm), is supported by a tasting menu called Temático de Atún (through a variety of hot and cold dishes, you can discover the different types of cuts). Here they take great care in the staging!

Here, always with a modern approach that makes the most of seasonal products, everything revolves around two menus, a fixed menu called Fuentelgato and another called Carta Blanca that varies in the number of dishes, ingredients and prices, since it is aimed, as they themselves say, at those who like to enjoy themselves the most.
