This family-run restaurant, with its heavy emphasis on produce from the vegetable gardens around Aranjuez, is home to an unusual “Atelier” downstairs (with an open-view kitchen behind the counter and which is often full of customers enjoying tapas) and an attractive dining room with exposed wood beams upstairs.
